The technicians were conscientious and did a great job. Best carpet cleaning we ever had! My only suggestion is to call the customer if they’re running late due to another job taking longer than expected.

This is the best my carpets have looked after they’ve been cleaned.

Furniture was still dirty and I was able to remove spots with a rag and cleaner.

Answer: I’m sorry, but it was not possible for me to see the spots that you are referring to in the lighting that was provided. I requested more lighting from your husband, but for some reason, my requests were ignored.

We were extremely pleased with the work that Joe did. We will definitely use Joe’s services in the future.
