All Clean cleaned all of our carpets and rugs on the first 2 floors of our house last week as well as a sofa. They were exceptionally polite, thorough, good at communicating what they were doing and helpful in every imaginable way. We immediately felt we could rely on their expertise. Our carpets and rugs look like new, things that looked old and appeared that we would need to replace them soon now look and feel refreshed. The price for all of this was considerably below another professional estimate we received. Hello Joe, We thought the work was fine and prompt. Your boys seem to be fine young men and well presented. You should be proud. I would use you again but would want to discuss (read negotiate) moving the chairs etc. as that ended up taking me a lot of time before and after. I would point out one smallish thing. We felt there was some tension between the boys. Having worked with my brother in the painting business when we were young I understand the possibilities for that. Other customers might not. The rugs look amazing!

Carpets were nicely done & very clean. Very disappointed in kitchen as it looked no different. Felt I wasted my money. Tech said dirt in grout was organic (not sure what else it could be) & the chemicals necessary to clean it would be injurious to his health.

Answer: The stains were synthetic, ie. artificial food dye. The issues regarding the chemicals and health have long been resolved as I now have a safe chemical that does a fantastic job at removing stains from grout lines.

Very pleased with results and service! Will use again!
