We were impressed with everything about this experience. Isaac & Jacob let us know they were on their way, arrived on time, measured rooms, and told us up front what they could and could not accomplish, and what the cost would be. They started promptly, explained how their cleaning system worked and showed us the difference between a cleaned and yet to be cleaned area- an amazing difference. They were very thorough taking as much time as needed to get the carpet clean. The results are incredible especially since we had many accident spots on the carpet due to our newest family member, Mitzi. The guys were professional, serious about their workmanship, and polite. It was a pleasure to have them working in our home. I will definitely recommended your company!

Joe, I have moved to Florida and my new landlord had our carpets cleaned for us prior to moving in and much to our surprise 48 hours later the carpets were still wet and the results were nowhere near as successful as the service you provided for me in PA. Since the move in we are still dealing with odors and dingy dirty carpet. We just got our landlord to approve having the carpets cleaned again and they have allowed me to hire whatever service I want to. How do I go about locating a company that works with the same type of equipment that you use? I was amazed at the result and living in Florida I am concerned with the amount of water left in the carpet…. I have been to your site and realize that you aren’t a typical franchise and I have had no luck locating anybody that I feel is comparable to you. Is there anything I can do to evaluate a cleaning service or any advice you can give me? I have shared my experience with you with all of our friends and if you would like I am more than willing to mail you a written testimonial.
